Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Top the pizza with your favorite ingredients and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
