Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside

In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until
it is light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
Slowly mix in the flour mixture until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving a few inches of space between each cookie.

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
