Grilled Cheese Sandwich
- 2 slices of bread
- 2-3 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or any cheese of your choice)
- Butter or margarine
Instructions:
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, onto the skillet.
Add the cheese slices on top of the bread.
Place the second slice of bread, buttered side up, on top of the cheese.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown.
